Two EL passes, not one

Most factories run electroluminescence imaging once, after lamination, when defective modules can only be scrapped. We image twice: once before lamination, when a cracked cell can still be replaced in seconds, and once after, as a final gate.

The genealogy behind every serial number

Each module’s record links its wafer lot, cell bin, encapsulant batch, flash-test curve, and both EL images. When an EPC scans a serial number on site, they see the module’s entire manufacturing history.

Why it matters beyond the factory

Lenders close faster when quality data is verifiable rather than promised. On recent projects, our pre-shipment documentation shortened financing due diligence by roughly two weeks — a saving that costs nothing at the point of sale.
